What We Supply
Refractory bricks and monolithics
Dense and high alumina brick, castables to 1750°C, mortars matched to brick grade, and refractory concrete for structural surrounds.
High-temperature insulation
Ceramic fibre to 1260°C, calcium silicate board for load-bearing positions, and mineral wool across large medium-temperature areas.
Sealing and jointing
High-temperature ropes, tapes, cloths, gaskets, graphite packing, and fire sealants for doors, flanges, penetrations, and duct joints.
Legacy cross-referencing
Identifying current equivalents for shapes and grades no longer catalogued, or specifying a castable approach where no shaped replacement exists.

Do you hold stock for emergency supply?
Yes, of common refractory bricks, castables, mortars, insulation, and sealing materials. Emergency dispatch is always slower and more expensive than pre-positioning, so where an outage is planned we prefer to confirm quantities in advance.
Can you supply for older equipment with non-standard shapes?
Yes. Many plants run legacy furnaces and kilns whose original shapes are no longer catalogue items. We cross-reference against current equivalents, and where no shaped replacement genuinely exists we specify a castable repair approach — a decision much better made before the shutdown than during it.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, and the wider East African region. Remote sites are worth planning further ahead, since a material shortfall there translates into days of lost production rather than hours.
Will you advise on grade, or only supply what we specify?
Both. If the specification is settled we supply against it. If campaign life has been disappointing, send the wear pattern and service conditions — the grade is often the reason, and a denser or more chemically resistant equivalent at the same temperature rating frequently lasts substantially longer.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Material and grade if known, operating temperature, quantity, packaging preference, and destination. Where the grade is uncertain, the equipment type, zone, and observed wear pattern let the technical team confirm a specification before quoting.
Do you supply consumables as well as major materials?
Yes — mortars, ropes, tapes, gaskets, packings, sealants, and fixings. These are inexpensive items whose absence commonly delays a restart, so they are worth holding in modest quantities against planned outages.
