We want you to be happy with what you buy from Zenco Engineering. This page explains how returns and refunds work for our materials.
Check before you order
Many of our products are cut, made to order or chosen for a specific job, so please confirm the grade, size and quantity with us before you order. We are happy to advise.
If something is wrong
- Inspect your delivery on arrival and tell us within 3 days of receiving it if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
- Send photos and your order number so we can act quickly.
- We will replace the item, or refund it, once we have confirmed the problem.
Returns
- Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, by agreement with us first.
- Cut-to-size, made-to-order and opened or installed materials cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Delivery costs for returns are paid by the customer unless the item was our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method, or by agreement, within 14 days of us receiving and checking the returned goods.
