Account and order details if you buy through the shop: delivery address and order history.
Basic website information such as pages visited and device type, through cookies and similar tools.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, recommend products and send quotes.
To process and deliver orders and keep records the law requires.
To keep the website secure and to understand how it is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with people who help us serve you, such as delivery companies, payment providers and our website and email hosts, and where the law requires it.

WhatsApp and email

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the message you send is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Quote requests sent through our form are also emailed to our team.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed for the purposes above, and for as long as tax and business record rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to us using it for marketing. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
